Contemporary New Zealand JewelleryAshley HiltonAshley Hilton is a contemporary jewellery designer based in Nelson, New Zealand. He handmakes rings, pendants, wedding jewellery, earrings, brooches, cuffs and cufflinks from silver, gold, titanium and polyester resin from his home workshop. In my workshop, my home and my office I try to make as low an impact on the world at large as possible. I recycle everything that I can, use energy as efficiently as is possible and am now able to fabricate metal myself. Family business
Our family and our business have grown! In September, my partner Laurel and I welcomed a baby, Henry, to our lives. Over the past year, the jewellery business has gotten busier and busier, which is great. In order to allow me to have more time in the workshop and for Laurel to be able to work from home and spend more time with Henry, she will now be answering emails.
