Email info@ashhilton.com Our family and our business have grown! In September, my partner Laurel and I welcomed a baby, Henry, to our lives. Over the past year, the jewellery business has gotten busier and busier, which is great. In order to allow me to have more time in the workshop and for Laurel to be able to work from home and spend more time with Henry, she will now be answering emails. We're very excited to be a family business and feel enormous gratitude for your support which allows us to work together everyday.

Shipping and handling charges do not apply to gallery orders but all other orders within New Zealand I send via signature-required courier at a cost of $5.00.

Since I handmake each piece to order, it will take approximately two weeks from the time you place your order to the time I ship. If you are in a time crunch, please contact me and I'll make every effort to work something out. If you live overseas, I have three shipping options:

1)Via Airmail, which is insured but not traceable and arrives in 5-10 days costs NZ$7.00
2)Courier delivery, which is insured and traceable and arrives in 5-7 days costs NZ$45.00
3)Courier delivery, which is insured and traceable and arrives in 1-5 days costs NZ$65.00

If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, return it to me within a reasonable timeframe for a full refund minus postage.
